I am very fond of this matter, either about the historical-cultural or about the closely hedonistic point of view. Since 1991 till 1994 I went to an A.I.S. course for Sommelier, getting the respective certificate. A lot of friends of mine are fond of this subject and we often go together to visit farms producing wine, we attend some wine-tastings and we often meet en restaurants or wine libraries.
